939 Bat Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using the Platform

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 939 Bat platform — including the website, mobile interface, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using 939 Bat immediately and close your account if one has been created. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered on 939 Bat, including sports betting, virtual sports, casino games, crash games, roulette, VIP Club participation, the Refer a Friend programme and all deposit and withdrawal transactions.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 939 Bat you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 939 Bat is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or be physically located in a jurisdiction where using online betting platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts, agent accounts or accounts held on behalf of another person are not permitted under a standard registration.
• You must not already hold an active 939 Bat account. Each person is permitted one account only.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 939 Bat for any reason.
• You must not be acting under compulsion, intoxication or mental impairment at the time of registration.

939 Bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Documents typically required include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, where relevant to payment verification, the mobile number or account details associated with the payment method used.

Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth, false address or false identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

03Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 939 Bat account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 939 Bat will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep login details secure.

Specific account responsibilities include:

• Do not share your account details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or make transactions, even with your knowledge and permission.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 939 Bat support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Keep your personal details up to date — outdated contact information can delay withdrawal verification and support responses.

939 Bat is entitled to rely on the instructions given through your account as if they were your own, regardless of who actually gave those instructions. This makes protecting your login credentials your direct financial responsibility.

04Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 939 Bat are made and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 939 Bat does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and agent transfers)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital bank)
• Bank IBFT (inter-bank fund transfer from any Pakistani bank)
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards (Pakistani-issued only)

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. 939 Bat charges no platform fee on any deposit. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside 939 Bat's control.

Deposits must originate from an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, 939 Bat will freeze the deposited amount pending investigation and may return funds to the source account.

939 Bat reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder, or that appears to be connected to fraudulent activity.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account used to make the corresponding deposit. Where multiple deposit methods have been used, withdrawals may be distributed proportionally or directed to the primary method at 939 Bat's discretion.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals from any account will trigger a KYC (Know Your Customer) check. Players must submit a valid CNIC and, where relevant, documentation confirming ownership of the payment account being used for withdrawal. This is a one-time process — subsequent withdrawals from a fully verified account proceed without additional checks under normal circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and the player's VIP tier. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically process within minutes for verified accounts at Silver tier and above. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed same-day or next business day depending on submission time.

939 Bat charges no withdrawal fee. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges for receiving inbound transfers — these are not levied by 939 Bat.

06Bonuses & Promotions

939 Bat offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, VIP cashback and the Refer a Friend programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page or in the promotional communication. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%. Casino games contribution rates vary by game type and are detailed in the individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the expiry period are forfeit. Expiry dates are visible in the Bonuses section of your account dashboard.
• One bonus at a time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active at a time. Attempting to activate a second bonus while another is in progress may result in the existing bonus being voided.
• One account per bonus: Bonuses are available once per person, household, IP address and payment account. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitutes abuse and may result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and account suspension.
• VIP cashback: Weekly cashback awarded through the 939 Bat VIP Club is credited with no wagering requirement and is withdrawable immediately upon receipt. Cashback percentages and calculation periods are defined in the VIP Club page terms.

939 Bat reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Ongoing bonuses will be honoured up to the point of modification, with reasonable notice given where possible.

07Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and virtual sports bets placed on 939 Bat:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be edited, cancelled or reversed unless 939 Bat determines that the bet was accepted at a clearly erroneous price.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 939 Bat reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where betting patterns indicate abnormal or professional activity.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the standard rules for that sport. For cricket, if a match is affected by weather and a result is declared under the DLS method, all bets stand on the declared result.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. 939 Bat reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Bets confirmed before market suspension are valid.
• Palpable errors — including clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or human input error — may be voided by 939 Bat. In such cases, stakes are returned.
• Each-way, accumulator and system bet rules are defined within the respective bet type help section of the platform.

Virtual Sports bets on 939 Bat are settled based on the outcome of the computer-generated simulation as produced by the certified RNG system. Results are final and are not subject to review or appeal on the basis of perceived unfairness — the randomness of outcomes is a fundamental characteristic of the product, not a fault.

08Casino Game Rules

Casino games on 939 Bat — including roulette, crash games and any other table or machine games — are governed by the following rules:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or, in the case of Live Dealer games, by physical processes (dealt cards, spinning wheels) conducted in a professional studio environment. Outcomes cannot be manipulated by 939 Bat, the player or any third party.
• Game results are final once the round has concluded. Bets placed and confirmed before the conclusion of a round are binding regardless of the outcome.
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections mid-round — will result in the round being voided and the stake returned where the result cannot be confirmed. Where a result was determined before the disconnection, the result stands.
• Crash game mechanics: in Crash and related multiplier games, players must manually or automatically cash out before the game crashes. Failure to cash out before the crash results in a loss of the round stake. Auto-cashout settings are the player's responsibility to configure correctly.
• The house edge (return-to-player rate) for each casino game is published within the game information section. By playing, you acknowledge that the house edge means the platform has a statistical advantage over the long run.

09Responsible Gaming

939 Bat is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. The platform provides tools and resources to help players manage their betting activity. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively, not only when a problem has already developed.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through your account settings. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set reminders that trigger after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: You may exclude yourself from 939 Bat for a minimum period of 24 hours up to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be disabled and all promotional communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day.
• Reality checks: The platform provides net win/loss summaries for each session and a full transaction history at any time.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 939 Bat. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in a way that mimics or replaces human action.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or RNG glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from an identified exploit are void.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate betting markets or casino game outcomes.
• Money laundering — using 939 Bat to deposit, move or withdraw funds originating from illegal activity.
• Match fixing or involvement in any scheme to influence the outcome of real sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using 939 Bat while located in a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited and you have been notified of that prohibition by 939 Bat.
• Abusing the Refer a Friend programme — including self-referral, using fake accounts or offering incentives outside the programme structure to recruit players.

11Account Suspension & Closure

939 Bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable belief that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, 939 Bat may freeze the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a violation occurred, the balance — including any winnings derived from the prohibited activity — may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a violation (for example, at the player's own request or due to inactivity), any genuine balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 939 Bat support. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. During the processing period, the account will be suspended and no new bets or deposits will be accepted.

12Privacy & Data

939 Bat collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identity, process financial transactions and comply with legal obligations. By registering on 939 Bat you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You also consent to receiving transactional communications (deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) by SMS and email to the contact details provided at registration.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings. You may not opt out of transactional communications while your account remains active, as these are necessary for the secure operation of financial services.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the 939 Bat platform — including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code and any other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of 939 Bat or its licensors. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from 939 Bat.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame or otherwise extract content from the platform.

14Limitation of Liability

939 Bat provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While 939 Bat takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate pricing, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 939 Bat's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified account balance at the time the claim arises. 939 Bat is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the player's inability to access the platform due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Delays in processing bets or transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of expected winnings or profits.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits 939 Bat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded by applicable Pakistani law.

15Amendments to These Terms

939 Bat reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — 939 Bat will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to the address registered on your account before the changes take effect. For minor or administrative changes, the updated terms take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of 939 Bat following any published change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
