Accounts may be suspended for a number of reasons — a pending KYC request, a responsible gaming limit or self-exclusion you set, a compliance review, or a suspected Terms and Conditions violation. To permanently close your account, email support@939bat.app stating your request clearly. The minimum deposit at 939 Bat is Rs 200 for mobile wallet payments (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). For bank IBFT and card payments, the minimum is Rs 500. If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a valid result, all pre-match bets are typically voided and stakes refunded to your 939 Bat balance.
